A very warm welcome to Luff & Wilkin David Wilkin and Mary Luff have successfully managed their own businesses over the last 20 years and are experienced in all aspects of Residential sales, Lettings and Property Management and have together formed this exciting new company, Luff & Wilkin Property Specialists Ltd.

Between them and their enthusiastic team of property specialists they can offer high levels of expertise and professionalism covering a wide area in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire.

Over many years they have become well known within the industry and have built up a reputation for providing a professional, quality service to Buyers, Sellers, Tenants and Landlords alike.

We believe in promoting our clients homes to the widest possible audience using the latest technology together with more traditional forms of advertising. Our extensive database of applicants are regularly contacted by telephone, mailing and email. Our quality full colour property brochure carry internal and external photographs, floor plans and Energy Performance Certificates encouraging applicants to view.

We go to great lengths to find the right buyer for our clients home, we accompany applicants on viewings and do our homework on the suitability of an applicant’s ability to purchase which is why we have a very low fall out rate.

Once a sale has been arranged we will proactively progress the transaction from the top of the chain to the bottom keeping everyone informed of developments as they occur through regular contact with solicitors, Building Societies and all other links involved.

Energy Performance Certificate It is a legal requirement to provide a EPC within seven days of a property being marketed although a property can be marketed as long as the EPC has been ordered. The responsibility of ordering the EPC is with the seller although we are happy to arrange this for you.
